By using the Nonogram Community website (the “Site”), including browsing, publishing, or reporting puzzles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

User-generated content

Puzzles and their names are submitted by users. You are responsible for anything you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You may not publish a puzzle (image or name) that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, infringes someone’s rights, or is otherwise objectionable. There is no tolerance for such content.

Moderation & removal

• Every puzzle can be reported from its page. Puzzles that receive enough independent reports are automatically removed.
• We may remove any puzzle and restrict publishing at our discretion, without notice.
• Reported content is acted on promptly; flagrant violations are removed within 24 hours of becoming known to us.

License you grant

By publishing a puzzle you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site so others can view and import it into the game.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-submitted content.
